How to make your first deposit from Uganda
- Log in and tap the green "Deposit" button at the top.
- Choose MTN MoMo & Airtel Money or whichever method you prefer.
- Enter the amount (minimum USh 1,000).

Why deposits sometimes fail in Uganda
- Wrong currency. If you registered in EUR instead of UGX, local methods like MTN MoMo will not appear. Contact support to try to switch it before you deposit.
- Card issuer blocks gambling payments. Some banks in Uganda decline gambling-related transactions even if the site loads. Use an alternative like Bitcoin.
- Insufficient funds or daily card limit. Double-check the balance and your card's online-payment limit.
- 3-D Secure / OTP not completed. The SMS confirmation must be entered within the time window.
Crypto deposits (USDT, Bitcoin)
Ugandan players who cannot use cards often use USDT TRC-20. It is fast (5–20 minutes), usually has no fee, and the minimum deposit is pegged near USh 1,000 equivalent. Always send crypto to the exact address shown in the cashier — sending the wrong coin to an address (e.g. BTC on the TRC-20 network) can result in lost funds.
