Melbet App Not Working? Fixes for Mongolia Players
Melbet app not working in Mongolia? The most common problems Mongolian players report — login failures, update loops, geoblock messages, crashes — and the fixes that work.
Quick diagnostic before you try anything
- Confirm you are on the latest version — uninstall and reinstall the APK from the official link if in doubt.
- Check your internet on another site — slow DNS in Mongolia is the cause more often than the app.
- Force-quit the app and reopen it.
- Try logging in on the mobile site to rule out a password / account problem.
"App not installed" (Android)
Usually a corrupted download, insufficient storage, or a leftover older build. Free up 100 MB, uninstall any existing Melbet app, and download the APK fresh from the official link.
"Site cannot be reached" / domain blocked in Mongolia
Online gambling is not specifically regulated; international sites are accessible. If the app opens but shows a loading spinner or a blank screen, it is likely that the domain it tries to connect to is blocked on your ISP. Working around it: (1) switch to mobile data if you are on Wi-Fi (and vice-versa), (2) enable VPN inside the app's connection settings if offered, (3) use an official mirror link.
Login fails: "wrong password" every time
- Make sure Caps Lock is off and the keyboard language is set correctly.
- Use the "Forgot password" flow — a reset code arrives to your phone or email in under a minute.
- If you registered by one-click and never saved the ID, contact support with the phone number/email attached to the account.
Deposit not showing up
Deposits via Khan Bank cards & Most Money are usually instant. If it has been more than 15 minutes, take a screenshot of the successful payment receipt from your payment provider and send it to support via live chat in the app.
Push notifications not arriving
On Android go to Settings → Apps → Melbet → Notifications and ensure they are enabled. On iOS open Settings → Melbet → Notifications and turn on Allow Notifications. Some Android vendors (Xiaomi, Huawei, Samsung) also need the app added to the "auto-start" list.
